13arts | Lovely

Hello!

It's my day over at 13arts blog, here.
If you feel like you've seen this layout before, it's because I used the same idea and sketch for two pages. Why? Read the whole story from 13arts blog, but as a small version - it's not for me, it's for a friend of mine.

Thank you for stopping by!

Hip Kit Club | Mini Book | VIDEO

Hello all!

Today I'm back with something simple and fresh - and fun! Decided to capture probably the funniest moments of this ongoing summer to this teeny tiny mini book.
It's made with August Hip Kits and even though I'm not a great mini album maker, I'm definitely proud I did this. Always loving to try new things!

The story is quite well presented in the video above, so please take a few minutes to watch it through. The video includes also a full flip through, so you can see all the details there.

Thank you for stopping by!

Hello!

Still sharing some older unpublished layouts here.

This one is with the Finnish words I designed for Wycinanka, here (link). Title is "Once Upon a Time" in English, and the layout tells a story of how my younger daughter Mea behaved when our new puppy Myy came living with us.
The picture is the first one of these sweethearts together. Hard to decide which one is cuter!

Between the paper layers are some other chippies as well. Both the title and the embellishment chippies are colored with Distress Markers - nothing more. Coloring with a pen is very neat way to alter the chippies, and also very quick.

Scrapbooking | Friends

Hi there!

Last spring I had opportunity to do some guest designing for Polish chipboard manufacturer Wycinanka, as well as for paper manufacturer DCWV from US.
I had some of their products left, and as I liked them both, I wanted to create something just for fun. So I took one of my favorite snapshots, my lovely friend Aida together with me, and did a layout around it. The pic was taken a year ago, during the first Mixed Media pARTy in Poland, with 13arts.

Thanks for popping in! I'll share something more tomorrow.

Kaisercraft | Beautiful Family

Hello!

Yesterday I shared one super cute face here in my blog with a warm and happy summer flowers theme. Today the cute faces doubled, but the season changed into winter - here's a layout made with Kaisercraft Christmas Wishes collection, and it was up on Kaisercraft blog few days ago, here's a link.

As the collection name says, it's full of Christmas vibes, but also full of lovely pastel colors and patterns to be used to any winter creations you have in mind. One of my favorites for Christmas albums and cards this far!

So happy you stopped by today, we'll see you soon!

Hip Kit Club | How sweet this is

Hello all!

After very, very long time, I'm actually very super proud of this layout I've created! So out of my comfort zone, but to cool to create and I just love the outcome with the old school paper flowers!
In the picture is my good friends baby, photograph is taken by Maarika Roosi (link) and I love it so much! She is very talented photographer, and I'm proud to share some of her takes here in my blog during the next months. Now if you wonder why I'm scrapbooking pics of my friends baby, it's because she asked me to. To hang up some layouts on her wall. I feel grateful!
This little cutie staring to camera is just so adorable, and in addition, she is so lovely person too. Cute laugh and always smiling, just like her mother. Real honor to scrap her pics!

The layout is last one with Hip Kit Club July kits, perfect end to this kit! Next Thursday night I'm up on Hip Kit Club Facebook page with August kits and I'm very excited about it too! Maybe I have something else than a layout to show then.

Thanks for stopping by!

Scrap the Girls | Memories

Hello all, how are you?

Today I'm sharing my huge privilege to be a Guest Designer for Scrap the Girls challenge. Scrap the Girls in Australian challenge blog with monthly challenges, and I feel very grateful to be asked to guest design for their gorgeous August challenge!

The August Moodboard above is full of blues, and that's color I started the layout with. But somehow during the creation process, the colors turned more turquoise. Maybe the green in the picture made me feel more turquoise. And of course the lovely papers I got from DCWV. But the word "wish" stayed in my mind during the whole process. I really do wish my girls will stay as playful as they now are, as long as possible.

What inspires you in the moodboard? Read the rules how to participate, and leave your creation here in Scrap the Girls blog.

Hip Kit Club | Play, play, play!

Hip hey all!

Time to bring up my last layout with July Hip Kits - althought this wasn't the last one. I had so much inspiration going on, and so much products left from the kits that I did few extra ones. Will show them here in my blog tomorrow and the day after.

For this playful layout I chose the most colorful pieces from Hip Kit Club ephemera pack, which was included to July Main kit. Also the bicycle sticker is exclusive, as well as the kites.
Every time we have some flair buttons or acetate shapes included to kits, we receive them in little white paper packs. Didn't want to through them away, so I used this one to create a little bag for a tag. Good way to add hidden journaling as I'm still hating my handwriting, lol!

So I'll share my other layouts with the same kit in next days. Then I'm off to create with August kits!
